I have been meaning to get back to Pacific Spirit Regional Park since last shooting there in September, and with Crystal working, Christmas day provided the opportunity to do so. I packed up the new Fujifilm X-T5 and a couple of lenses, and headed out.

A snowy solstice

Warnings sounded, and the storm was on its way. Calgary was in lockdown, and the weather conspired to enforce it. The following eighteen hours saw 27cm of snow fall on the city. Here follows one account.
